JobTTY - Terminal-Native Job Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using JobTTY (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

JobTTY is a terminal-native job board platform that allows:

  • Developers to search and apply for tech jobs via CLI
  • Companies to post job listings and manage applications
  • Real-time job notifications in your terminal
  • Integration with developer workflows

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post false, misleading, or discriminatory job listings
  • Spam users with irrelevant communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Job Applications and Hiring

JobTTY facilitates connections between job seekers and employers but:

  • We are not responsible for hiring decisions
  • We do not guarantee job placement or employment
  • All employment relationships are between users and companies
  • We may moderate content but are not liable for user actions

6. Payment Terms

For paid services:

  • Companies may be charged for premium job postings
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Payment processing is handled by Stripe

7. Intellectual Property

JobTTY and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Croscom Software and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without advance notice, for any violation of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JobTTY or Croscom Software be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
